APU Nordic Ski Center began a decade ago as a regional Olympic training center for cross-country skiers. Sunday, April 24, 2011. A Mother of all Storms. This past week, my BFF riding buddy, Mike Jarvis, and I set out on a trip down to Lake Powell from Salt Lake City. The next day we left for home.
